ADR1FT - это игра от первого лица (FPX), которая рассказывает историю женщины-астронавта, попавшей в беду. Она очнулась в открытом космосе среди обломков уничтоженной станции, потеряв память, в поврежденном скафандре, теряющем кислород. Теперь единственная выжившая должна выяснить причину катастрофы, погубившей всех членов экипажа. Игроку предстоит бороться за жизнь, исследуя обломки и собирая бесценные ресурсы в суровых условиях открытого космоса, чтобы починить скафандр и вернуться домой.
